Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any service provided by T&A Cleaning and Maintenance, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services.
Services Offered
We provide a range of residential and commercial cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to: post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning, furniture assembly, event cleanup, pressure washing, and grounds maintenance. Services are available in Providenciales and across the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Booking and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked via phone or email. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, online payments]. Invoices must be paid within [insert days, e.g., 7 days] of receipt for commercial clients.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. The client must inform us of any special cleaning needs or hazards in advance. Pets must be secured or supervised during service.
Liability
While we take the utmost care in delivering our services, T&A Cleaning and Maintenance is not liable for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed as fragile, or damage due to improper installation or materials. We are insured for damages caused by our negligence.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange to address any issues promptly.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services to anyone at our discretion, especially in cases of unsafe environments, harassment, or non-payment.
Privacy Policy
Client information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery, internal record keeping, or as required by law. We do not sell or share your personal data.
